Inspiration
A thoughtful, quality home begins with a vision. Here are a few things you can do to be prepared for your first meeting with Lee Classic Homes:
Bring potential or purchased land for your build.
Gather exterior and interior inspiration photos. This will help us get a feel for your style and new home desires.
Create a “wants and needs” list (sq ft, number of beds/baths, pool, etc.).
During the Architectural Design phase we work closely with our preferred architect to create a thoughtful floor plan catered to your lifestyle. The process is typically made up of these four phases:

Selection
As we work through the Architectural Design phase, we’ll begin the Selection process—collaborating with you and, if desired, an interior designer to create spaces you’ll love, in partnership with trusted vendors, suppliers, and craftsmen.
After selections are completed, we will price the home. We work hard to bring value to the home with quality materials and craftsmanship; creating a space that will be enjoyed for a long time.

Execution
During our Execution phase, we work hard to exceed expectations through meticulous attention to detail and communication. We will update you throughout the process with photos and descriptions of what we are working on in the field.
